I <3 Strawberry Jam!!
Today my mom helped me learn how to make strawberry jam... after the first round f making it i was ready to be done! now im watching my mom as she cuts more strawberries. First we started this adventure with my mom calling her strawberry man to have us strawberries ready for today, then we washed and cut them. Next was my favorite part... THE MASHING of the strawberries. then you boil it and add sugar and sure jell. let it boil and put in jars. it sounds easier than it is. well, its not all that hard, but harder than how i explained. now i get to take yummy jam back to school with me in august! thanks mom :)
oh mandy mandy I can't wait until we're roomies and we get to partake of this amazing jam that you are making! :) hahahaha I talk so funny sometimes! no but really I am WAY excited!
