Im taking a cake decorating class in the month of july...
the first part of class we had to introduce ourselves and say a little about us...
1. Your name
-"hi my names mandy"
2. What got you interested?
-"My mom told me she would take it with me... but now my sister is.. bonding time"
3. Whats your experience?
-"Well, i dont even think i can bake a cake without it burning"
from that we went onto other people who were all answering like "im making my sons wedding cake and i just want to perfect some techniques" Im in a class with like pros... awesome...
our first activity was watching our teacher make the frosting... were she also informed us "you may
not lick your fingers or eat the frosting in this class" Ha! she didnt catch me when she turned her back! I feel like i cheated in class... On our next class, we have to bring in a cake (that we actually made) and frosting (that we made from scratch) were we will be decorating a super cute cake!! M
y sister and i are very excited!
